If  you were thinking of moving to Mars in the near future… we may have found the perfect living situation for ya. Or, if space travel isn’t in the near future for you, a new living situation on earth!

Apis Cor 3D is the first company to develop a mobile construction 3D printer capable of printing whole buildings completely on site. The use of the 3D Printer cuts costs by 40%, in comparison to traditional methods of construction. Nikita Chen-Yun-Tai, the inventor of the mobile printer, and founder of the Apis Cor company, says that he invented the 3D printer because of his desire to automate everything.  The company recently printed the first house using mobile 3D printing technology in Stupino Town, within the Moscow Region of Russia, with the end goal of being the first company to start building on Mars.

Worried about sustainability? Apis Cor claims that their houses can last over 175 years.
